Mr. Kofi Dwumah, the former Member of Parliament for Asokwa Constituency has said that frankly he has not been able to sleep due to what President Akufo Addo told him last night. He announced that he went out of joy and cried because he discovered that his good works is Been recognized.
The former MP informed Yaa Brefo in an interview on Angel TV that, he was there last night when he a surprise call came to him from the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
Mr Dwumah noted that, the president acknowledged his good works at GIHOC and wants him to revive the dead Aboso Glass factory.
Per his statement, that alone gave him a sleepless nights with tears of joy because of the fact that the Aboso Glass factory is a dead institution from Kwame Nkrumah era and bringing it back to life to supply the whole west africa with glasses was a great opportunity to serve his country again.
The MP reiterated in his statement that he is commitment not to take a Penny from government in bringing the factory back to life.
He underlined that very soon he will resurrect it and supply coca cola, pharmaceutical companies and industries with glasses from Aboso
